Every piece of glass in your home counts as one pane — fixed or sliding. Study the examples below to identify your window types and count accurately.
Sliding Window
Fixed pane + sliding pane = 2 separate pieces of glass

Each glass panel = 1 pane. Standard patio slider = 2 panes

One large piece of glass = 1 pane, no matter how big

One hinged pane that swings open = 1 pane
Each door has its own glass panel = 2 panes per pair

PACKAGE FAQ
Does a sliding window with a fixed pane count as 1 or 2?+
It counts as 2 — because there are 2 separate pieces of glass. The fixed pane and the sliding pane are both individual pieces of glass, so each one is 1 pane. This is the most common source of confusion, so we want to be upfront about it.
What if I have more panes than my package covers?+
No problem — we'll count the panes on-site and invoice you for any additional ones at the standard per-pane rate. We'll always let you know before we start.
What if I have fewer panes than my package?+
Your package covers up to the stated number of panes. If you have fewer, you simply won't use the full capacity — but you won't be charged more. The package price is fixed.
Can I use my package for multiple visits?+
Packages are designed for a single service visit. For recurring service, call us at (760) 541-9806 to discuss a recurring maintenance plan.
How soon will you call to schedule?+
Eddie personally calls every new package customer within 24 hours of purchase — usually the same day.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?+
