Welcome to Busy Bugs Window Cleaning (“Busy Bugs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our window, solar panel, and gutter cleaning services for homes and businesses in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and Indian Wells, California, and surrounding areas. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Busy Bugs Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, as well as related services such as solar panel and gutter cleaning where offered. The specific services, pricing, and scope of work for your job will be outlined in your written service agreement, quote, or invoice.
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the work, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges will be added to your invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional charges or collection activities.
We do our best to accommodate your preferred dates and times. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If we arrive and cannot safely or reasonably perform the work due to access issues or conditions at the property, we may treat the visit as a same‑day cancellation and charge a fee.
To perform our services, we need safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned. You agree to:
Ensure windows and surrounding areas are accessible and free from obstructions.
Secure pets and valuables and notify us of any sensitive areas or items.
If access is blocked or unsafe, we may not be able to complete the work and may charge a partial or full fee for the visit.
We take great care when working on your property, but we are not responsible for damage caused by pre‑existing conditions, including but not limited to:
Loose, flaking, or peeling paint
Cracked, chipped, or scratched glass
Damaged, rotted, or improperly installed frames, seals, screens, or hardware
We are also not responsible for damage or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, utility outages, or acts of third parties.
If it rains or there is significant weather within 7 days of your exterior window cleaning appointment in our service area and you are not satisfied with how your windows look, contact us within that 7‑day period. We will schedule a complimentary touch‑up for the affected exterior glass at our discretion. This guarantee applies only to exterior window cleaning services and does not cover interior glass, screens, pre‑existing conditions, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. One complimentary touch‑up per original service visit.
We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will make reasonable efforts to inspect and correct the issue.
Except for this workmanship guarantee, our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All content on our website—including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Busy Bugs Window Cleaning and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non‑commercial viewing of the site.
