Longtable Park is Cotino's internal 55+ section, but the cleaning request still depends on your home's glass, installed panels and access. Include the section name and your property's details so the quote is specific to your residence.

Can I request solar cleaning if I do not know my panel count?

Yes. Share what you know about the installed system and any documentation you have, and Busy Bugs can review what further information is needed for an assessed quote. Do not climb onto the roof to count panels.

Can my builder or property manager coordinate access?

An authorized manager can provide access instructions, and you can identify a builder contact if construction work affects readiness. The homeowner's authorization, assessed scope and appointment still need to be agreed; no Cotino vendor approval or builder affiliation is implied.

Does the 30-day guarantee include my solar panels?

No. The 30-Day Rain or Dust Storm Guarantee provides a no-charge exterior-window re-clean if rain or a dust storm occurs within 30 days of window cleaning. It does not extend to solar panels or power generation.

Window cleaning for move-in day and everyday living

Residential window cleaning covers interior and exterior glass and sliding doors, with screens, frames and tracks included as agreed in the quote. Choose exterior-only care or interior-and-exterior cleaning. Point out cloudy glass and dusty tracks so the scope addresses the right problem.

New glass is not automatically ready for routine cleaning. If you see paint specks, adhesive, cement residue or other construction debris, flag it before work begins. Post-construction window cleanup requires a separate assessment of residue, glass condition, coatings, manufacturer guidance and access. It is not a standard window-cleaning inclusion. Persistent mineral spots may instead call for optional hard-water stain treatment, assessed separately rather than promised away with an ordinary wash.

Solar-panel cleaning starts with your installed system

Solar-panel cleaning is available for Cotino homes where panels are actually installed and appropriate access and authorization can be established.

For a solar-panel cleaning quote, share the panel count if known, the installation location and any system documentation available. The cleaning method is selected against the particular panel manufacturer's instructions and site conditions; the window-cleaning solution described below is not a solar-panel recommendation. You do not need to climb onto the roof to gather information. A combined window-and-panel visit can be requested, subject to assessed scope and agreed scheduling. Cleaning does not come with a promised power-output increase.

Cotino's Villa, Cottage, Grand and Estate collections, and its internal 55+ Longtable Park section, help identify your property—not its cleaning needs. Describe your actual glass, coatings and difficult-to-reach areas rather than relying on a collection label alone.

With Cotino welcoming its first residents in 2025, move-in care and routine occupied-home care are distinct needs. If contractors are still working, tell us which rooms and exterior areas are ready, and identify the homeowner or authorized manager who can coordinate entry. Provide applicable access instructions before an appointment is agreed. Cotino's optional Artisan Club is separate from the home-service scope; this quote concerns your residence, not club facilities or shared amenities. Busy Bugs is an independent service business, not a Disney- or Cotino-affiliated provider.

Purpose-made glass cleaner, carefully removed

Busy Bugs uses correctly diluted Glass Gleam-4 as its primary professional bucket-and-squeegee glass-cleaning solution—not Dawn household dish soap. Its purpose-made squeegee formula includes polymeric water softeners for hard-water conditions and is designed to reduce dirt redeposition without haze.

Full squeegee removal and edge detailing matter as much as the solution. The aim is a clear, low-residue finish, with less leftover film available to hold dirt. That is not a promise of longer-lasting shine than Dawn, dust resistance or insect repellence. Natural dust, irrigation, weather and everyday use still affect glass. Tell us about films, coatings or manufacturer care instructions so the approach can be assessed for your surfaces.
